Before beginning the returns process:
Please consider that all our technical garments are specifically designed for running. So they will likely fit-tighter than your regular clothes you're used to; because you don't want to be running around with loose fabric flapping about.
Just as your running shoes can feel very different when walking in vs running in, so too is the case with your technical running garments. What can appear 'too tight' standing in front of the mirror, is often times just right once you're out for a run. 
But what is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will gladly exchange or refund your order for all full-priced items within 30 days of receipt where products are in new, unworn and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. 


Can you return sale items?

Orders can be exchanged for different sizes if available. Please note that change of mind cannot be offered for sale items. Store Credits will be provided for all refund requests, unless the item is faulty, and in situations where the item cannot be exchanged. The term 'Sale' also refers to items purchased at a discounted price.




What if you want a different size?

The quickest way to secure the right size is to place a new order online. You can then return your unwanted items for a refund or credit, as per our returns policy.




What if items are faulty/incorrect?

Please email us to advise of any issues with the items in your order so we can sort out a replacement/refund as soon as possible. If you did not purchase via, please contact the relevant retailer for assistance according to their faulty returns policy.




Do you have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, you are responsible for posting your return back to us. Feel free to choose the shipping method that best suits you, however, we do suggest a tracked method. If you are returning an item due to it being faulty or an incorrect item, we will gladly reimburse your postage costs (just get in touch with us first).
We generally don't provide free returns because we want you to really consider if there is an issue with the product or you just decided you no longer want it. 
But also, purchasing and returning on a whim or purchasing multiple-sizes (bracketing) ain't exactly great for the environment.

How long does it take to receive a refund/credit?

We aim to process your return within 3 business days of receiving your order. We’ll let you know when your refund or credit has been processed.
Can you still get a refund with Afterpay purchases?

If you wish to return your order, we will inform Afterpay to cancel the relevant payment plan for your returned items. Afterpay will refund any payments already made to the card linked to your Afterpay account. If you need more info about this, please contact Afterpay.
We develop our products according to the highest standards of manufacturing processes. All our products are made from high quality fabrics and with proper care will exceed your expectations. If you suspect your garment to be faulty, please reach out to us and we will inspect your item. If found faulty, we will look to repair or replace (at no cost to the customer) any garment  that appears to have manufacturing faults; including seams, hardware and/or material abnormalities.



Please note: un-sanctioned™️ running has a strict 12-month Warranty period from receipt date.

  • Before you return the items please email us at: and let us know your issue, and that you may need to return an item. Please also include your order number in the email subject field.

Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed and refunds credited to the original account of payment.
un-sanctioned™ takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We massively hugely suggest that you get postal insurance or ensure your package requires signature.
